How do I wash and care for my Keiki Co. throw?
Here are our washing instructions for keeping your KeikiCo as soft as the day you got it π«§Β
1. Cold wash with regular detergentΒ
2. Hang dry until almost dryΒ
3. Then tumble dry SUPER low for 3β5 minutes just to fluff

Can I stack discount codes?
Only one discount or promotion can be used per order.
This includes free shipping promotions, which do not combine with sales or discounted items.
Do you offer gift notes and gift wrapping?
Yes! Add your gift note at checkout and select our free gift wrapping option.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes β as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please contact us immediately and weβll do our best to catch it in time.

Yes, we offer free shipping on full-priced orders over $250.
Can I use the free shipping discount with other discounts?
Free shipping does not stack with other promotions or discounts.Β If you have any discounted items in your cart, or a sale/promo code is active, the free shipping over $250 offer wonβt apply.Β
How long does shipping take?
UPS Ground delivery times vary by location. You can reference the UPS Ground transit map for estimates based on your address.
Do you offer expedited shipping (2-day / next-day)?
Not at this time, we only offer UPS Ground.

We currently ship to the continental U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns in their original condition with tags on, within 30 days of delivery.Β Please reach out for further return instructions.
What condition must returns be in?
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.Β
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes β we offer exchanges within the same 30-day window, as long as the item meets the conditions above.
